CERTIFIED JEWELRY
Every NAZ Piercing comes with a Certificate of Authenticity mentioning all the characteristics.
Each piercing is distinctively engraved with the NAZ logo and stamped with '750' to guarantee its 18-karat gold composition.
All diamonds above 0.30ct will be delivered with a lab certificate (IGI, HRD or GIA).
SHIPPING & RETURNS
Estimated delivery is within 2-3 weeks, as each piece is custom-made to order. Therefore, please note that delivery time may vary by a few days.
- Shipping: Enjoy free worldwide shipping from 200$/200 euros.
- Returns: If your piece isn’t quite right, return it unworn, unaltered and in its original packaging within 30 days for a refund to your original payment method. Refunds are processed within 7-10 days.

- Custom orders, items purchased with discounts (excluding welcome offers), and exchanged items are final sales and cannot be refunded.
- Any returned items that are worn, damaged, or altered will not be accepted.
- Changes to an order make it final.

JEWELRY CARE
Over time, jewelry can accumulate body oils and residue from skin products, which may affect the appearance of the mounting and the stones. To maintain the brightness and freshness of your jewelry, follow these simple steps:
- Take a soft-bristled toothbrush with a mild soap and gently brush both the front and back of the stones and metal.
- Rinse the jewelry thoroughly with lukewarm water to remove any soap residue.
- Avoid using ultrasonic cleaners, as they are not recommended for jewelry cleaning depending on the stones.
- Steam cleaning is an effective method, but exercise caution with emeralds or opals, as high heat can potentially damage these stones.
By regularly caring for your jewelry in this manner, you can help preserve its beauty and extend its lifespan.
