Each NAZ creation is made to order and can be fully customized on its product page.

You can choose your gold color(yellow, white, or rose), your gemstone(diamond, black diamond, emerald, ruby, sapphire), and the size that best fits your piercin,g such as post length or hoop diameter.

Every piece is crafted individually in our atelier once your order is confirmed.

Because each piercing is handcrafted to your specifications, our average production time is 4 to 6 business days.

Yes. NAZ ships worldwide through DHL Express, our trusted logistics partner.

All NAZ pieces are made to order in our atelier.

Production takes an average of 4 to 6 business days, followed by express delivery in 48 to 72 hours, depending on your destination.

Your tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your parcel is ready to ship.

If your piece is not to your liking, you may return any unworn piercing, in its original condition and packaging, within 30 days for a refund to your original payment method. Refunds are processed within 7 to 10 business days after receipt.

Please note:

• Custom orders, items purchased with discounts (except for the welcome offer), and exchanges are final sale and cannot be refunded.
• Worn, damaged items or items without their original packaging will not be accepted.
• Only one order cancellation is allowed per rolling year.
• Any modification to an order makes it final.
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
